Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Personalized or customized products

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
